Great translation!

Two things that seems wrong to me:

"well we ain't gonna let you down" means "we aren't going to disappoint you."

penis doesn't mean "belly button" here. She's just intentionally misusing the slang to describe how small his penis is (saying that his penis looks like a belly button).

Well, circumcised doesn't work either. It's just a metaphor. She's saying that his penis is so small, it looks like a belly button. That's why she asks "Is your penis and innie or an outie?" She asking what shape his penis is, but the terms she uses aren't used for penises, they're used for belly buttons. That's why it's funny.

Another way of putting it that would be more literal is: "Does your penis look like a concave-shaped belly button, or like a convex-shaped belly button?"
