Interestingly, the Russian lyrics of this song are a translation of a poem by Robert Burns. The original goes like this:

For The Sake O' Somebody (1794)

My heart is sair-I dare na tell,
My heart is sair for Somebody;
I could wake a winter night
For the sake o' Somebody.
O-hon! for Somebody!
O-hey! for Somebody!

Exactly. This is the Burns poem translated by Russian and Soviet writer, translator and poet Samuil Marshak (Самуил Маршак).
Music (for the all film) was composed by Russian and Soviet composer Andrey Petrov (Андре́й Петро́в).
The song is sung by Andrey Myagkov (Андрей Мягков) then once more by Alisa Freindlich (Алиса Фрейндлих) - actors who play the title roles.
