So is this into a dialect of Malay? May be worth adding it to the 'Rare languages' list. If you add more content in Sarawak Malay we may add the category for it.

It is Sarawak Malay. In my opinion, to be safe, I think it is proper to add this kind of case into another category like Malay Dialects I guess?

Are there many Malay dialects? And if so, have you encountered any other songs/translations on LT in such dialects until now? Because in such a case, we might ask now to add such a category. Otherwise, we should list this translation under "Other" rather than "Transliteration".

Disclaimer: This comment is just from me who is not a linguist. I am just a person who is exposed to many Malay dialects. I would be thankful if there are linguists that can explain further and correct me if I was wrong.

Yes. I think it would be tiring to list them out one by one. Currently, the Malay language regulator in Malaysia (DBP) has published dictionaries of major Malay dialects in Malaysia which are Melaka, Kedah, Pahang, Pulau Pinang, Terengganu, Negeri Sembilan and Perak. Other than that, we have Johor-Riau Malay (my native dialect), Kelantan-Pattani Malay, Sarawak and Sabah Malay. This list does not include other Malay dialects that are still spoken in rural areas. Other countries like Brunei, Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand also have their own version of Malay (dialects and creoles) too.

In LT, only Kelantan-Pattani Malay is available in language selection, apart from just Malay like this song https://lyricstranslate.com/en/kelik-laa-weii-balik-la-weyh.html

Currently, I have found a song in Kedah Malay but it is categorised as Malay (assuming Malay here refers to Standard Malay)

OK, so maybe it would be good to have a "Malay dialects" category, and if one of these dialects gathers sufficient entries, then it could be added separately

Could you list me at least one more song or translation on LT into a Malay dialect, please? By rules, we need to have at least three entries in a language in order to add that language on the website
