It's very common in arabic songs for women to be addressed with masculine pronouns, so I've translated the chorus with she/her but it does literally use he/him and therefore can be translated as "how is he? / I heard that he's changed up his style" and so on. This ambiguity is only in the chorus, the verses are clear in their gendering.
