ما بين بعينك it's a metaphor not literal. A common expression in gulf means "You haven't appreciate"
I would translate both lines as:
Regardless of how much I gave you, you don't seem grateful
I left all that (pleased me) and I came to you => maybe "I left all who wanted me" more accurate?
كنت بعيوني وين .. ما أطالع ألقاك
Is one phrase I seprated them with dots because that 's where he pause while singing :)
It means: you were in my eyes, I see you wherever I look
Even when I closed my eyes, => I close
I don't remember you rebelling against me in my life => he means the opposite :) "I don't remember that I ever went against your well"
ولا فاد كل اللي .. أسويه وياك
And all what I have done to you was useless!!
فاد past tense from فائدة ، مفيد means "useful"
I tired my heart => You tired my heart (if it's in Fusha your translation is right but in gulf accent "أتعبت" is pronounced in أنا أتعبت و انت أتعبت exactly the same, you can get the meaning by how it's said in the sentence.
والحين روح أرجوك => روح = اذهب in gulf accents
so the translation will be "And now go please .. Help me forget you"
And as I mentioned above:
لا وا حسافة .. ليتني ما عطيتك
means: Oh I wish I never gave you that much
If you want to know the meaning of specific words, I'll be happy to help :)
I find it relatively close to the original Fus7a compared with other dialects. For example in the Egyptian dialect there are new words they created and is very hard to find the actual meanings of it. Anyways I enjoy studying different dialects, it's really diverse and fun to explore :-) :-)

[1]: Referring to love
[2]: Unfamiliar colloquial term, "احسافه"
Edited on 12June2015:
[1]: This is a literal translation, metaphorically it means, "You don't seem grateful"
[2]: Very general statement, but could mean the author's love
Thanks to Sara Ba, who contributed in improving the translation
