"Шеб" is not a word in Ukrainian. However, in my research, I found that there is a musical genre, Raï or "Раї" in Ukrainian, which is a form of Algerian folk music. The singers are called cheb/шеб, meaning shabab, young. I believe that the title of the song, as well as the Middle Eastern melodies and references to Allah and chebs, imply a double-meaning. Thus I translated the word as if it was the Arabic.
