Very good translation! I've got one note:
" Bei vollem Bewusstsein" / "bleibst du doch in tiefer Ohnmacht," I think in this case "Ohnmacht" could also translate to "unconsciousness" because the line after that talks about a dream, so it could be an ambiguous use of the word.
With "Bewusstsein" in the line before it could play on it being the opposite and it means in this case that even though you've awaken from one dream, you are still in many more. But I don't know if I understand it wrong.
(And yes I know I'm late, maybe you will see this comment, who knows...)
