Du scheinst

You Shine

I gave you a good impression¹
and I still do.
You gave me a good impression
and I hope you continue to.

You shine, you seem²
good for me

You're good for me³

Everything blooms into color, the air tastes sweet
I laugh in the face of life
What good is it to have love in your thoughts?
I sing you

You shine, you seem
good for me

You're good for me

¹ Literally "I arrived by you," and can have a whole slew of meanings: "I influence you in a good way; I have found my destination in you; I am understood by you", among others.
² "Leuchten" and "scheinen" are synonyms in German that both mean "to shine". In the song she repeats "Du leuchtest, du scheinst" which means, "You shine, you glisten, etc," but "scheinen" can also mean to seem a certain way. So when she then goes on to say, "Du scheinst... gut für mich," she is playing on the double meaning of the word.
³ "Gesund für mich" more closely resembles, "You're healthy for me," while "gut für mich" means simply, "You're good for me", more in terms of utilization.

Due to the puns this is quite difficult to translate but I think you should also add a footnote to the second line.
"ich bin bei dir ankommen" I'd rather understand as "you have understood what I told you". "gut ankommen" means "to give a good impression", but just "ankommen" just is "to arrive", or, in colloquial talk "to deliver the message", "to be understood". But maybe it's actually meant the way you translated it, I'm not sure.
Also the literal meaning makes sense, when you see "arrive" as "arrive at a destination", so, she has found him to be her destination where she now has arrived.

The rest seems fine, just one thing: "I laugh into the face of life"

I think this song mixes all these definitions and can be understood either way so it becomes one big pun.
The second line just works on a metaphoric way: It takes the literal meaning of "ankommen" since "to stay" is making the result of "arrive" persist. And so it says that the effects of the other meanings of "ankommen" will last -> she will always make a good impression to him/influence him in a good way/ have found her place of destination at him/be understood by him. Same in the 4th line, only making it to a wish and switching the roles.

About "laugh in/to the face", well, I thought I had heard the version with "into" more often, but when you say the one with "in" is the correct one then that will be the right one to use.
