Might be Sanskrit, but some consonant clusters look rather atypical, and two consecutive vowels like in "Parear" make it very unlikely to be Sanskrit.
I've also tried googling for त्रजमोहर्नेज्रुम् (Traja mohar nejrum) in several spellings but get no results. If it's Sanskrit, then with missing diacritica, and probably some typos.
Maybe Hindi?

Do you know whether it's a Hindu or a Buddhist song? Then it should be moved to those artist pages.

Might be originally Hindu or Hare Krishna, but as there is no God directly adressed I'd rather put it here.
It's well possible that there are spelling errors, the translation is something like the English text.

I think it still better should be moved to Hindu then as there also are atheistic versions of it - there are also atheistic versions of Paganism, but those pagan songs we have here are typically either nature worshiping, or referring to a Wicca-based God and Goddess, or being completely polytheistic. The text here fits neither of those topics, especially since it clearly mentions Hindu/Buddhist concepts like Saṃsāra and Māyā.

Furthermore, the YT comment of that multilingual version says it's a text from the Veda (something like the Holy Book of Hinduism). That means, they are written in Vedic, which is an even older language from India, related to but not the direct ancestor of Sanskrit.
I figured out the title in devanagari script: शुद्धोसि बुद्धोसि (śuddhosi buddhosi)

That's (assuming it uses the same orthography as Sanskrit)

The last two lines are completely different from what is sung, and with that mojibake of a transliteration above I can't figure it out.

There's usually no God in Hinduism at the top, the song describes exactly that, that everything the "self" experiences here as world or the divine world everything is the illusion or the imagination "maya" of the "self" so break free from this trap, even gods and God are all illusion in this philosophy, it's the "self" that is truly what exists. This is basically a poetic composition which is found in jain religion. it is the hymn sung by the mother of Highly Respected Digambar Jain Saint Kundakundacharya. This is also called as Mandalasa Stotra. Mandalasa is the Mother of Acharya Kundakunda. Please approach a person who has studied jain scriptures and literatures for more details.

Jainism is a different religion from Hinduism so we probably shouldn't leave it on the same page then.
Can you tell us which language the song is written in?

I'm thinking about opening a new category as I don't think songs like this belong necessary to Hindu songs. These songs are typically not sung in a religious environment, they're westernized Rainbow versions of old texts.

But thanks for finding out about the language and the script :)

"westernized rainbow versions" - that describes it quite well. Both interpretations linked here are rather fluffy.
Still, also other religions have lots of different varieties, and I don't know whether a Hare Krishna singing hippy may not be religious as well.
If we actually have a lot of such westernized songs it may warrant a category of its own, but normally I'd either put that to the Hindu songs or to one of the artists who performed it.

Actually most of the songs I submitted here are Rainbow songs... ;)

I put them here because there where already quite a few Rainbow songs here and I liked them being all together. But yeah, opening up a "Rainbow songs" category would allow me to add some more mantras and some other songs, too...

Not great, I uploaded the song with the mantra and English lyrics which is based on the original, but is an adaption that is often sung at the Rainbow gatherings. If you want to upload the original please create a new entry for it on the page for Hindu songs (or whereever).

Yes, at Rainbow gatherings we sing this version and often singable versions in other languages are added, alternating the Sanskrit lyrics with different languages, like Sanskrit - English - Sanskrit - Spanish - Sanskrit - Portuguese - ...
The Sanskrit part is then working like the chorus for the verses in different languages.
