As for the title, a lapis is a type of blue stone.

..I think it's a reference to his eye (contacts) colour more than anything.. or another way or depicting how "blue" he is, given the subject of the EP. :(
we need to be best friends. you adore GACKT and OOMPH!.. Dero and Gakuto are two favourite males in music.. HYDE would be the other. ;)
