El llamado
The Call
I hear the call of my damned impure spirit,
The one that is part of me, the one that is part of all,
That one that is in me, and in you all.
It's pleasant.
I hear the call, in reality it's me
That is the voice of eternal silence,
I'm faced with myself,
I'm faced with him,
I'm really him,
I don't deny myself, and I hear the call.
That is the voice of the black hearts,
That is the voice of Satan in our hearts.
Hear the call of the night,
Hear the call of Satan.
Through the centuries this voice resonates in the darkness,
In the souls of men and of the earth.1
Hear the call of your damned impure spirit,
In the darkness of your soul,
Face yourself,
Face Satan,
Hear the call of the eternal night.
- 1. or 'of the souls of mankind'.

Nice translation. Some notes:
"damn" should be "damned" I suppose.
"in you" I'd change to "in you all" to make clear that it's plural. Or can it also be singular?
"that's really me" - I suggest to change it to "in reality it's me" or "in reality I am it myself".
"ese soy yo realmente" - if the "ese" refers to "él", shouldn't it better be translated as "he" instead of "that"?
"por centurias" - can that also mean "through the centuries"?
"en la oscuridad de las almas, de los hombres, de la tierra"
The way you translated it seems to ignore the first comma. I'd rather understand it as "in the darknes of the souls, (in the darkness) of the humans/men, and (in the darkness) of the earth".
And does "encontrarse" not mean "to meet" rather than "to face"?
First, let me note that my computer is crappy and it doesn't not make changes when I submit a translation sometimes, so I submit things thinking the changes were made at the last minute, and I end up having to do it more than once.
damn has been changed to 'damned',
in you has been changed to 'in you all' ('all of you' would be just as fine) vosotros = you all (vosotros is not common for us, we use 'ustedes' and 'tu' etc.
that's really me has been changed to 'in reality it's me', but I was thinking it was being said like 'that's really me, believe it or not'.
ese soy yo realmente = he and I are the same person, so I left it 'that's', I should have left a note. But I changed that too.
en la oscuridad de las almas de los hombre de la tierra = is one whole sentence, 'in the darkness of the souls of mankind' would be a better translation.
'por centurias' through the centuries and for centuries are good translations for this, either one is fine.
'encontrarse' here is used to mean that he needs to find it in himself, his identity and who he really is. So he's 'facing' these entities, rather than meeting them. Or at least, that's my interpretation of it.
Okay, thanks for explaining!
It's probably just the fact that I'm not a native speaker of English then, but "that's really me" sounded quite strange. So also did refering to a "he" with "that" outside of a introduction.
It might both be correct, though, I can't tell for sure.
That last point certainly is a matter of interpretation - I hope you didn't understand my comment as an affront, as you as a native speaker obviously know better what the words mean. I just didn't find this meaning in the dictionary were I had looked it up for my translation, so I decided to rather ask.
I'll update my translation accordingly.
