Ein paar kleine Verbesserungen, auch wenn die Übersetzung schon sehr gut ist (auch wenn du recht hast, der Ton deiner Übersetzung ist anders. Aber das ist bei mir häufig auch das Problem :D)

jede Süße weiß ich (mach kein...) is referring to girls or women, so something like every cute girl knows I don't....
Alta/Alter is very common, here not saracastically at all. Even "upper middle-class kids" like me (:P) use it in every second sentence.
ups Sprache gewechsel. Alter ist jedenfalls eher ein Füllwort und hat nichts mehr mit Alter und Geschlecht des Angesprochenen zu tun

4th paragraph, 1st line: "und dafür geh ich mit dem Kopf durch die Wand:" this means he'll be very hard-headed to get his way; "and therefore, I'll go to extremes to get it."
Take another look at the 15th block (paragraph), 1st line: Ihr seid wie deutsches Eisbein: should be "are like..."

This song is a little too slangy for me to understand easily, but I'll do my best. Sorry, I can't write like a rap artist so my translation sounds awkward, but at least it conveys the meaning (I hope!) Deutsch Muttersprachler, bitte mir Bescheid sagen, wenn euch Fehler auffallen.

⁴Yes, I'm translating a rap song so this is my pathetic attempt at Ebonics :) In standard English, "You are similar to." In Ebonics and Southern English you can distinguish between singular (you) and plural (you all, y'all) second person, in standard English the distinction is seldom made. In Ebonics you can omit the verb (to be) in this phrase. Hey, I already said I can't write like a rap artist, so please forgive my awkward attempt! :)
