Merhaba,
"My everywhere is tied" olmamış, nedeni ise "my everywhere" diye birşey olmaması. Yerine "all over me" ya da "I'm all" tarzı kalıplar kullanılması doğru olacaktır.
"Yar ben yokum yok zaten" ne demek ya? İkileme gibi mi? Sanırım öyle, dolayısıyla şu halde çevrilir : "Yar, ben yokum; yok zaten" : "I'm already not exist" şeklinde çevrilirse dibine kadar yanlış olur, nedeni ise zaten "I'm already not exist" diye yazılan bir cümlenin grammar olarak yanlış olması. "Exist" zaten bir fiil, eğer bu geniş zaman olarak kullanılacaksa, "I don't exist", şimdiki zaman olarak kullanılacaksa (ne kadar mantıklı olur bilemem, sadece bir örnek) "I'm not existing" şeklinde çevrilir. Umarım anlatabildim.
Dolayısıyla, size bir öneri sunayım:
"Yar, ben yokum, yok zaten" : "Darling, I'm extincted, extincted anyway"
Böyle çevirmemin nedeni, zaten önceki satır ile beraber "Aşk yok olmaksa, ben zaten yok olmuşum" mantığıdır.
Bir önerim daha var, eğer if kalıbını kullanacaksanız, ve bu kalıpta "-sam" eki kullanılıyorsa, "even if" diye çevirirseniz, daha anlamlı olacaktır :-)
