How many people there were
Click to see the original lyrics (Arabic)
How many people there were
At the intersection waiting for people
And it rains and they hold umbrellas for each other
And me on the clear days no one waited for me
How many people there were
At the intersection waiting for people
And it rains and they hold umbrellas for each other
And I on the clear days no one waited for me
It's been like a hundred years for me
Stranded at this shop
The walls got bored of me
But are shy to say
And my eyes are on the beauty
And the beauty is on the streets
I sang him songs
And he's busy with himself
I waited all the dates in the world
And no one waited for me
And they hold umbrellas
No one waited for me
It's been like a hundred years for me
I've been writing letters
Unknow to who
And I send them news
Tomorrow the sky has to
Rain for me at the door
Umbrellas and lovers
Take me some morning
And whoever mentions all the people
In the end do they mention me

This is probably as accurate as the translation for this song can get but for some lines, I had to dumb down the words and was forced to not translate the literal meaning others it would make sense. The translation for "نطرت مواعيد الأرض" which I translated as "I waited all the dates in the world", that isn't the literal translation for that line but my best interpretation. The literal translation would be "I waited the earth's dates".
