مصر الى زارها الخليل سيدنا ابراهيم و نهار وليل مشى فيها
فيها استجاب رب العباد لما دعاه موسى الكليم عاش فيها
والسيدة العذراء اجتازت الصحراء خطاويها
و الى كبر على ارضها يوسف نبى و صديق و حماه الله
و قالولى عنها كلام خلانى اقول يا سلام
دا انا يالى لفيت سنين و سنين فى بلاد كتير تانيين
و تملى الاقى ناس بتقول جمالها غير معقول و اهو بان لى
حسيت و انا بين اهلها بحاجات تخلى العقل يطير

and prayed fajr [dawn prayer]
then took a tour in Egypt

If i try to describe it [Egypt] i couldn't give enough description
If you travel to Egypt
convey my greetings to Egyptians in two words
I long for it's kind people
how faithful people Egypt has
mashaAllah!
praise Al Azhar ,land of scholars, as much as you can
I pray to Lord of heaven
for them to keep their land safe
say Amen...inshaAllah!
Friend of God,[prophet] Abram [Ibrahim] visited it
and day and night walked on its streets
Moses talked to God in it's land
and Lady Mary [Jesus's Mother] crossed it's desert
and prophet Josef [Yuseuf] grew up and be protected there [in Egypt]
I heard beautiful words about it [Egypt]
made me longing for it
I traveled allover the world
but always heard people amazed with its beauty
that I saw it later
[and when I visited it]
I felt many things made me crazy for it while I was amongst Egyptians
