This is an Armenian lullaby. It's traditional in Armenia for their lullabies and children's songs to be about the Armenian genocide, as mentioned here: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lullabies_of_Armenia
Unfortunately my Armenian isn't quite good enough yet to translate to English, but the title means "Come, my Nightingale" according to the wiki page.

This is called a sesht, it is used on the last vowel of a word to mark emphasis or exclamation
Kh = hard ch like German loch
Any letter with an apostrophe after it is more strongly aspirated (k' is typically transliterated as q)
Gh = guttural sound like German or French r
Rr = more strongly rolled than regular r
Ë = schwa, sometimes not pronounced
