Lonely Northern Hemisphere [ Gudan Beibanqiu (孤单北半球) ]

English translation

Lonely Northern Hemisphere

Versions: #1#2
Use your morning to accompany me to eat dinner
Remember to put feelings of longing into the piggy bank
I am looking at the shining stars all over the sky
Listen to Niu Lang tell Zhi Nu that she must be brave

Not scared that we are in different parts of Earth
Watch your greetings sit on a magic carpet
As it flies to me at the speed of light
You allow me to see the North Star become a companion of the Cross Star

I still have not gotten used to having your arm as my pillow
Your telescope cannot capture the loneliness of my northern hemisphere
The Pacific Ocean’s tide whirl along with Earth’s rotation
I will patiently wait, wait until the day you approach shore
I still have not gotten used to having your bosom as my warming stove
In the picture I e-mailed you, the loneliness of my northern hemisphere cannot be seen
No matter how big the world is, our sincerity will keep each other warm
My feelings of longing will not slack off; all of my dreams have been stored for you

Gudan Beibanqiu (孤单北半球)

用我的晚安陪你吃早餐
记得把想念存进扑满
我望着满天星在闪
听牛郎对织女说要勇敢

别怕我们在地球的两端
看我的问候骑着魔毯
飞用光速飞到你面前

This song has both male and female versions, with the one on the left being the male version where he sings "you" and the one on the right being the female version where she sings "I".
Minor correction: she does not sing "I still have not gotten used to having your arm as my pillow", she sings "have I gotten used to NOT having your arm as my pillow?" and likewise with not having his embrace for a warming stove.

Alexypop, I do appreciate your will to help other users by solving requests, but I think that copying and pasting translations from other websites instead of doing your own work is not such a great idea. I did find this via Google but I didn't like it owing to that fuzzy vocabulary its author employed (from the first lines, "use your morning", "feelings of longing"...). When I requested this song to be translated, I hoped that a motivated user of our great website would make a laudable effort and not something like this, which causes me to be disappointed right now. So please avoid doing that again.
Incidentally, thanks embryonique for the correction.
