Original lyrics
Kozaro Majko

Translation
Kozara mother
Whenever I visit your open fields
I want to know the truth
Kozara, mother, for how long, will your
brave sons keep dying?
Sorrow as a bird landed on my chest
The mountain sublimely revealed itself to me
Honest tears again ran down my face
Of all the lives in this world
The life of a hero is the longest
and many of those lives were given
by my Kozara's fifth division
You are left without a generation of innocent pupils
without recruits and nuptials
children were not born here in many years
Old hearthstones empty
no fire can be seen from them, no smoke
No one opens the gate
how can I be at peace with that
The cursed foe is the same again
He won't leave us alone
and after many years
history repeats itself
I came here to vow my vows
To pray for my people
No power in this world
will ever break it

Author's comments:
Kozara is a mountain in current Bosnia, famous for WW2 battle, and became once again a place of conflict during the '90s, that's what Rocky is singing about.

The song is also known as "Krajisnici hrabri." Looking for English Lyrics. Credits to Kocayine for the transliteration!
