- 1. 'indita' literally means 'native Indian'. It is considered a erroneous term, and usually means someone from the country (they are portrayed as unable to speak Spanish and ignorant). It's a term that I don't agree with and find disrespectful; thus why I've refused to translate it to 'little Indian girls'.
- 2. from Michoacan
- 3. a Guare is a term for a Purépecha woman or a woman of Michoacan. Some would also consider this a erroneous term.
- 4. the singer pronounces it 'probre' which is broken Spanish for 'pobre' (poor). I'm not sure if this is just how she speaks or if it was done on purpose.

I know there's a translation in the LP's booklet, and there's a couple of lines that I felt weren't even translated correctly. So I ignored it completely and have submitted my own translation instead. If anyone wants to see the translation from there, send me a PM.
