This song is pretty good if you want to practice your Spanish, because the verb the author uses, "Maquíllate", doesn't exist in English, at least not in the way is used in Spanish. Makeup, doesn't quite convey the meaning 100%.
"Maquíllate" means something like "Go wear some makeup", but to keep the rhythm of the song, I used the substantive.
Short words like "maquíllate", "déjalo" or "mírate" may have a lot of implicit meaning that can't be conveyed in English in only one word, and is one of the reasons Spanish is tricky to learn.
As always, I'm also open to suggestions and alternative translations.
