I'm Brasilian and American. Its very hard to translate things from one language to another because there's not always an Exact word to match it. Plus, if you translate as it says, it sounds really funny. So this is how I translated it, I tried to put it the best way I could so that it also made sense. Hope you enjoy the beautiful song. :)

Thanks for cleaning up the translation, but your version has only so few changes from my translation that I think you could simply ask me to change some lines of it. It would never bother at all. Although I don't agree with you saying "I was such a fool" because this may induce people to think that she was a fool at the time, and this is not true, actually she became a fool because love amazed her.
