Original lyrics
Voyage dans le temps [Journey to the Past] (European French)
On me tendra la main.
Il me semble que ma vie change.
Je serai choyée,
Protégée, désirée !
Comme ce rêve me semble étrange.
Oui, et pourtant je l'entreprends,
Ce beau voyage -- dans le temps.
Songerais d'une vie
Où j'aurais enfin
Une famille à mon tour
Songe, rêve ! Quelle vie !
J'aurais, moi aussi, droit
À mon rêve d'amour.
Doucement, pas à pas,
Marchons vers l'avenir
Sur la route du bonheur.
Est-ce qu'on m'aimera ?
Ai-je raison de partir ?
Tant de questions dans mon coeur
Oui, c'était bien un signe !
Un monde se termine !
Que le chemin du printemps
Soit ma victoire
Sur le temps !

Travelling in Time
Does a better life
await us from tomorrow?
Don't doubt, because it's time.
But I know
It is often neccessary to make
choices which are really frightening.
Oh, how bit the world seems to me
whem I travel - in time.
At the end of the road
they'll offer me their hands.
It seems to me that my life changes,
I will be pampered,
protected, desired!
How strange this dream seems to me.
Yes, yet still I undertkae in,
this pleasant voyage - in time.
I would think about a life
where I would have at last
a family of my own.
A thought, a dream! what a life!
I would have, me too, the right
to my dream of love.
Carefully, ome step at at a time,
let's march towards the future
on the road to happiness.
Will people love me?
Have I reason to go?
So many questions in my heart,
yes, it really was a sign!
A world is ending!
May the road to spring
be my victory
over time!
