About translator
"Wenn" can mean "if" or "when", so it's never clear if she's talking about something potential or something definite.
"Schlagg" can mean a beat or a strike, so she actually sings "Ein Herz, ein Schlagg, ein Blitz" or "A heart, a beat / strike, a lightning" but that obviously doesn't work in English. I've used "thunderbolt" because "lightning strike" is a little clumsy.
