(We are) forged together with one chain

Collective responsibility smears like soot 1
I hold somebody's hand but feel elbow 2
I seek for eyes but feel look 3
There asses are higher than heads
After red dawn is pink setting
Forged together with one chain, tied with one aim
Forged together with one chain, tied with one aim

Here are weak joints but big space 4
Here are broken memberships, from them columns are made 5
Here are one type of words for kitchen and another for streets 6
Here eagles are deserted inspire of them are broiler chickens
And even when I'm kissing I follow example of
Forged together with one chain, tied with one aim
forged together with one chain, tied with one aim

You can believe even in lack of belief
You can do even lack of business
Poor people pray, pray that
Their poorness is assured
Here you can play tuba with yourself
But you can play just sound off 7
And if here are people that go to you
There will be people that will go for you 8
That like others are
Forged together with one chain, tied with one aim
forged together with one chain, tied with one aim

Here women look for but find only old age
Here measure of work it's tiredness 9
Here aren't scoundrels in rooms trimmed with leather 10
Here the first people are the same with the last
Even if they are tiring like them
Forged together with one chain, tied with one aim
forged together with one chain, tied with one aim
Forged together with one chain, tied with one aim
forged together with one chain, tied with one aim
Forged together with one chain, tied with one aim
forged together with one chain, tied with one aim
Forged together

Радикально не согласен с прим. 4) и 9)

4) "суставы вялы" - не имеет никакого отношения к алкоголизу.

9) "мера труда это усталость" - не имеет никакого отношеня к пятилеткам. На самом деле, эта фраза означает отсутствие в СССР реального социализма по принципу "каждому - по труду".

As Russian i can see some misunderstoods here, well lets take a look.
2) This phrase is refer to russian adage "Feeling of elbow" that means feeling of being member of the team. According to this whole phrase means that author looking for some kind of friendship but all he got are "comrades".
3) This phrase refers to KGB and other "big brothers" who keep an eye on dissidents. Better replace word look with "gaze".
4)" Weak joints" part isn't about alcoholism, but all about soviet gargantuan bureaucratic machine, which spent lot of resources very poorly.
5) Well, in my opinion- in russia we usually use "состав" word as "train" when not in context. So this phrase means that rulers refuse progress to build a pretty look.
7-8) Both strings refers to "big brother" once again, means any politically active or men of arts may meet their fate very quickly if they start thinking "wrong way" and especially when they start talking wrong way.

PS excuse my poor English

I find translation good
But some remarks from author are disccussable and not so correct. thx to commentors trying to make it clear. and I'll try my best. I'll make my comment like add on to previous comments and author remarks
1) easier explain it like some sort of presumption of guilty
2) I think both author and a commentor talking about the same but showing the different sides of a coin
3) maybe not gaze a watch like in "Big Bro is watching you". Gaze is more suitable for circus show or village fares and etc.
4) ..Ineffectivity
5) like you i also usually understand "Состав" like a "train" if no context not to do so. But i think such version have right on existence. May be it even writed by author of original text like some sort of play with words
6) i find here we need to do some remark that is no need to play "happy person" on street just need to realize what every your public word can do to you and your family. And even not said word can hurm your close company. Alike to "Malleus Maleficarum" and practise of knowingly false responses to state security services that author of translation admits in next paragraph
7) nominal ability to do whatever you want still you don't bother anybode and correctly noticed with translator incapability for do s/thing instead sleep after work
8) directly about big bro
9) So i don't really understand why/how translator links it together... i find it much more easier way to explain that: "if you don't get tired well that means you didn't work well"
10) agree with translator
