I hesitated to try this because it has ambiguous or contradictory lines.

思い出さ
I think this line is made of two sentences.
何したって上手くいかず(に) -> nothing you do go right
話す言葉も思い出さ -> the words you say are (only about) memories.
あー君は一人ぼっちじゃ 泣かないでね
大好きな仲間と大切な今を
I don't think your translation makes sense because you are not alone if you have friends.
So I assume they should be interpreted like:
あー君は一人ぼっちで 泣かないでね
大好きな仲間と大切な今を
Ah don't cry by yourself
(but cherish) your dear friends and precious now
Yeah I felt I bit confused by these lyrics but I thought I might as well try it
I interpreted the lines
あー君は一人ぼっちで 泣かないでね
大好きな仲間と大切な今を
As being although you may be physically alone, you will always mentally have your friends with you so there's no need to cry
But of course it's quite likely I'm wrong :)
