I don't think the song title can be translated into english. "Rychta" is a slang expression for music (its tempo: 180-220 BPM) which is used for transforming consciousness.
The song itself is about the end of the world and that it is not a big deal. The frontman said: "The main thing is not what is happenning, the main thing is how you face it and how you feel about it."
