The translation is okay but the essence of the song is a little lost in some of the too literal translations and errors. May I offer a few corrections:
In the title of the song "El Papel," while The Paper is a valid translation, here "El Papel" actually means "The Role," as in to "Role play."
Also, "Miéntele" here means "Lie to him" as in "Mentirle" which is Mentir + Le = Lie to + Him, not "Mind you."
"Tranquila, tus secretos me lo llevo hasta la tumba," you are somewhat correct with "Calm down, your secrets take me to the grave." However it means more like "Calm down/Relax, I'll take your secrets (with me) to the grave."
"Es nuestra mentirita" = It is our little lie.
"Y yo te doy palabra"= And I give you my word.
El Papel pt. 1 = The Role pt.1 and is from the perspective of El amante/The lover.
