1. While the word 날 (nal) officially just means "day" it is also used as a colloquial form of 나를 (naleul) meaning "me". Throughout the song the 2nd meaning is used multiple times, mostly to convey the idea that the speaker wants to become a version of herself the listener will like.
2. 휴 (hyu) is onomatopoeia similar to the English "phew", refering to the sound of a sigh, originally being an abbreviation of 후유 (huyu) which is specifically a sigh of exhaustion.
3. 쿵 (kung) is onomatopoeia describing the dull sound of an object hitting another after falling.
