This has many prominent Buddist motifs.
Mahayana is (according to Google) "one of the two major traditions of Buddhism, now practiced in a variety of forms especially in China, Tibet, Japan, and Korea. The tradition emerged around the 1st century AD and is typically concerned with altruistically oriented spiritual practice as embodied in the ideal of the bodhisattva."
百鬼夜行 (hyakki yagyou) is mostly literally the "Night Parade of One Hundred Demons" or more simply a nightly procession of monsters or spirits. I translated in the context of the sentence as "...night spirits that parade...".
Samsara is the endless cycle of passing on to the next life. Gojou is the five cardinal Confucian virtues (justice, politeness, wisdom, fidelity, and benevolence). Jujutsu is the magic used in the anime.
