Noon

Pull a chair, sit next to me over here
look the plants, how they cheer the sight around

Pull a chair, sit next to me over here, under the sunshine
look the plants, how they cheer the sight around
it seems a lie, the birds fly to my balcony

Look at the children, they play with balloons of any colour
look at the people, they buy ice creams of any flavour
it unbelievable, to have so much life in this place, so much happiness
it unbelievable, that among so many people, in this city
I don´t have anyone to share the view from my house
this Saturday.... at noon

I would suggest adding "at" after every "look" so it would be "look at the plants" or "look at the children."

Also, I think "parece mentira" could also be translated to "it's incredible/unbelievable," not a literal translation but I think it translates meaning better.
