it'd be a crime, if i were to go back on the ...: Sans promised Toriel to protect the human no matter what; as of the events of the genocide route, due to the human having become a murderer, protecting them would be a crime.

you're gonna have a bad time.: "You're gonna have a bad time". One of the most popular phrases of the game that has also become a meme. It is used by Sans to warn Frisk about the consequences of their actions multiple times throughout the game.

MERCY's off the table: It is impossible to spare Sans. Although he does make such an offer, it is but a trap to kill the human. Mettaton NEO is the final spareable monster of the genocide route.

fighting in this judgement hall forever.: Referring to Frisk's ability to SAVE and LOAD save files, and Sans' willingness to greet and beat them over and over again.

LO-OO-O-OOVE, LO-OO-O-OOVE: Referring to Level Of ViolencE, as opposed to the true love in Frisk's version.

you don't give up your ATTACK: DETERMINATION.

do you just like the feeling of your sins CRAWLING...: "You can feel your sins crawling on your back" is a phrase that oftentimes appears during the player's battle with Sans.

GET DUNKED ON!: "Get dunked on", the phrase the game over screen greets the player with after them having fallen into Sans' trap and attempted to spare him.
