I had had a hard time translating "para llevar", I'm busted :) He is basically "taking it with him" but since he doesn't say "conmigo" I couldn't go with it. I think you might be right, there's an implication of delivery with "llevar" and "con extra", let's keep it that way. (Now I see better why he yells "camarero", omg haha)
As to the wishes, I always stumble upon them since in English it's a bit different than Spanish and Turkish. Let's write "I don't want your flavor to be lost", what do you think?
I still think "to go" would be a better translation for "para llevar" here. "To go" is the English phrase used for ordering food at a restaurant that's not going to be eaten there. In the context of the song, he's "ordering" love to go, since he can't stay and "eat" it, but he still wants it with him later.
