In Turkey, you say "maşallah" to something you like, you envy in the fear of "nazaar" . It can be translated like "Praise me, magnificent." but it couldn't give the whole idea. In here Ebru briefly says that someone is looking at her in a ill-mannered way, so "say Maşallah to protect me from evil-eye".
