Well, I guess you could need some examples.
"Ich kann jede Träne du hast geweint sehen"
In German you need a relative marker to make a relative clause. The most frequent marker is "der/die/das". Also, relative clauses are framed with commas. And in relative clauses the predicate must come last. So it must be:
"Ich kann jede Träne, die du geweint hast, sehen"
"Wie einen Ozean in deinen Augen" must be before the "sehen" of the former line.
"All der Schmerz und Wunden hat dich kalt verlassen"
"Schmerz" und "Wunden" take different articles, so both need an article. Also the "all" needs to repeated. And "verlassen" means "to leave behind", not just "to leave".
It must be "All der Schmerz und all die Wunden haben dich kalt gelassen".
Also, the English line is ambiguous since the "left" could also be understood as "turned". That needs to be expressed in a completely different way in German.
"Ich kann deine Angst sehen" is correct grammar but you left away half of the original text here:
"ich kann all die Ängste sehen, denen du gegenüberstehst".
"Durch einen Sturm dass nie verlasst"
"dass" needs to be spelt "das" since it's a relative pronoun, and it must be "der" here since "Sturm" is masculine.
"verlasst" is wrong grammar, it must be "verlässt", and that also would be wrong since "verlassen" is a transitive verb, it needs a direct object.
Instead use "fortgeht".
Also, this and the former line need to be rearranged at bit:
"ich kann all die Ängste, denen du gegenüberstehst,
"Durch einen Sturm sehen, der nie fortgeht".
"Glaub nicht all deie Lügen, die dich gesagt haben"
"deie" must be spelt "die". The second half of your translation of the line would mean "which have said you". It's a bit tricky since it can't be expressed the same way as in English. You must say "that were told you" instead. "sagen" takes dative case, which would be "dir", and for passive you need a form of "werden":
"Glaub nicht all die Lügen, die dir gesagt wurden".
