I don't understand the meaning of this part. Grammar is probably correct.
Does it mean the feeling of love won't die out within a century (i.e. once you started to love, it will last for 100 years) ?

It rather means that "[the feeling of] love will be immortal for centuries ahead", not only for one. At first I wanted to translate this part literally, but when I checked in jisho.org the word for "immortal", a few words popped up for it. Yet, I wasn't sure what's the difference in usage between them, so I decided to use the negative form of 死ぬ instead. The meaning, however, changes slightly, but I think that the main idea, given the context of the lyrics, still remains the same.

I'm not too advanced in Japanese, let alone translating into it. The style I've used in the translations is mainly influenced by the style of all the lyrics of Japanese songs I've encountered so far, hence my aim to keep it simple. By the way, I have another translation (the last one so far) of another song) which may need some proofreading by a native speaker. I think it turned out to be too heavy, and probably misleading, at one point, so it would be great and I would be truly grateful if you can provide any help in order to improve it. Feel free to suggest anything and to ask me about anything unclear to you.

I understood about “love will be immortal for centuries ahead.” Then, I think that it would be a better translation 何百年経っても愛は不滅 (It is OK to repeat the words or add spaces)

I will also read Откритие, since I was also helped by native speakers of other languages

I almost forgot to answer you here after the long reply on Откритие's translation. I've corrected as suggested. Thank you again!
