I don't speak either and have just been googling words.
Üff, kafa leyla:
Based on some forum discussions I found, "üff" seems to be used for something like "wow" and "kafa leyla" means "stoned/ high" (from smoking weed).
So "Üff, kafa leyla (leyla, leyla)" = Wow, stoned (stoned, stoned)?
