They Say I'm

They say I'm
The curse of your life
An obsession that dominates you
The destroyer of your honor

They say I'm
A black cat and bad luck
That I've kidnapped your mind
And devoured your reason

They say I'm
The worst thing that has happened to you
That I've bewitched you
That I'm poisoned fruit
A fatal error
That you will pay dearly

They say that I'm
A traitress and evil
That I'm
A cobra in disguise
And they say that I am
And now here I am
If you want to know

They say I'm
Your poisoned apple
They say I'm
Your soul's Titanic
And they say I am
And now here I am
If you want to know

They say I'm
A very deceptive flower
Many thorns, few roses
And not much for you

They say I'm
The worst thing that has happened to you
That I have bewitched you
That I'm poisonous fruit
A fatal error
That you will pay dearly

They say I'm
A traitress and evil
They say I'm
A cobra in disguise
And they say I am
And now here I am
If you want to know

They say I'm
Your poisoned apple
They say I'm
Your soul's Titanic
And they say I am
And now here I am
If you want to know

Many thorns, few roses and not much
They say I'm
The worst thing that has happened to you
And that I've bewitched you
They say
Many thorns, few roses and not much
They say I'm
A black cat and bad luck
That I have kidnapped your mind
Many thorns, few roses and not much
Not much
They say I'm
A traitress, a manipulator, an annoyance
Let them believe what they want

Few roses
Few roses
And not much
Not much
Not much
La la la la la ah

And not much

Very nice translation overall. The 3rd line in the 4th stanza has a typo, and the word "paquetera" in the Puerto Rican dialect, means "embellisher", not "annoyance" (a literal translation would be "packager"; it's actual meaning in the dialect is "someone who hides lies in packages".)
