Some mistakes:
(1) Ich hab gesehen, dass du lebst > The verb is 'leben' not 'lieben'
(2) Eigentlich gefällt > The verb is 'gefallen' not the participle of 'fühlen'
(3) In dieser Zeit zerfällt > 'mein Ich, mein Herz, mein Leben' is the subject of the verb 'zerfallen'
