there is a problem with the rating system...
Although the rule is that the user who rates should know both languages, the system also enables users who only know the translated language to rate.
This is very serious and it should be corrected!

The whole ranking system should be revamped, but it'd be too hard for us to implement all the changes/improvements that have been suggested - not to mention a drastic change in how often ratings would be given. We had problems starting when we decided to limit the number of times people could vote. It's better to keep it like that at the moment, it's hard already to keep track of 1 star ratings.
Anyway, what you show, although valid, would be a problem if people started abusing that (if they do they are aware their rating abilities may be lifted). I myself only rate translations where either proofreading was requested or because translator is not a native/fluent speaker of my native language, and I think I could help.
