Demonolatry

A collection of songs that praise demons or "dark" deities.

There is some overlap with my collection Devotional Satanism, which contains songs that praise the devil.
This collection here differs from that one by including those lyrics in which the names of other demons/deities are explicitly mentioned, the focus of the praise of the text, and not explicitly equated with Satan. It's often a matter of interpretation. When in doubt, I rather added songs to the other collection. Songs which clearly praise both some demon or deity and Satan as two separate beings were included in both collections.

Thanks! I'm not really a fan of Cradle of Filth, but that song would at least fit the category. The others I wanted to add anyway.

Well, me neither. I had a very short and not very intense Cradle of Filth fandom, because I grew tired of their posturing and clowning pretty soon. They have a few rather catchy melodies though, and I've actually tried translating some of their lyrics, but it's so much work checking all the references and trying to make sense of it, for so little, so I'm not sure I'll ever finish it.

Yeah, when I realized you had already translated (and thoroughly analyzed!) those Dissection songs I was pretty sure you would add them, if you wanted to; I just thought I'd remind you. :)
