I find it very interesting, because we also have the same expression as "բոյիդ մատաղ" in Azerbaijani, but we say "boyuna qurban" (sacrifice to your height), means the same thing as in Armenian. Additionally, I've heard the word 'մատաղ' (mataq/matağ) used in colloquial speech in Azerbaijan too, but we would use it in the meaning of 'important, very beautiful'. I didn't know you also used "boy" as in the meaning of 'height', so this song was very interesting in terms of finding common words and expressions. I also noticed you guys use "սուս" as well (also remembering the phrasal verb "սուս կենալ", interestingly though we don't use that word as an adjective or adverb as you do, we use it as a verb (from 'susmaq' - inf meaning to be silent/to keep silence).
