It's such a sweet song.
Note, 'Γειτονάκι' means 'neighbor' but in an endearing way - the '-άκι' is a little thing you can put at the end of a noun to show affection.
That is why the title is 'My Dear Neighbor' as opposed to 'My Neighbor'
