This song references the Soviet Winnie the Pooh cartoon a lot.
* Winnie-the-Pooh's head is stuffed with sawdust.
** In the cartoon, the balloon is blue and not red, as in the book. Winnie-the-Pooh uses the balloon to fly to the bees, pretending to be a cloud in the sky and singing "I'm a cloud, a cloud, a cloud // Not a bear at all" (thatʼs why the colour had to be changed: red balloon wouldnʼt blend in the sky).
*** This is the word Owl used when she (sic) gave Eeyore his tail in the cartoon. The word «безвозмездно» is in Russian, since most Ukrainian speakers likely watched the movie in the original.
