La llorona
From the depths of Earth,
human ghosts looking for each other,
some forget about coldness,
some can never find each other,
they make life tremble,
they tremble dreams, tremble love.
Ay, I don't wanna love you, llorona.
Ay, I don't want to cry with you,
ay, let me see your skin,
ay, let me be your skin
let me help you,
just tell me how
and I will do it, I will
From the depths of Earth,
further existence,
lonely souls ambulate,
all of them crucified,
men and women crying
for a love they never had
Ay, I don't wanna love you, llorona.
Ay, I don't want to cry with you,
ay, ay, let me see your skin,
ay, let me be your skin
let me help you,
just tell me how
and I will do it, I will

Author's comments:
La llorona literally means ''the weeping woman''. It's a myth which is present throughout Mexican culture, and other Latin American countries.
La Llorona is the ghost of a woman who lost her children (she drowned them in the river) and now cries while looking for them right there, often causing misfortune to those who are near or hear her.
