(×2)

Translation

I’m The Slave

(x2)
I'm the slave who gained sins and desires
That prevented me from repentance
I’m the slave who became sorrowful
And became worried and depressed because of his slips

I'm the slave who was written on him
Pages that he didn't fear the one who sees all
I am an offending slave who disobey in secret
Why wouldn't I reveal crying
I am an offending slave who disobey in secret
Why wouldn't I reveal crying

I'm the slave who gained sins and desires
That prevented me from repentance
I’m the slave who became sorrowful
And became worried and depressed because of his slips

I'm the extravagant slave, my life was wasted
I didn't pat attention neither in youth nor in graying
I'm the slave who was drowned in the stormy sea
Crying out of my lungs, hoping to find a respondent
I'm the slave who was drowned in the stormy sea
Crying out of my lungs, hoping to find a respondent

I'm the slave who gained sins and desires
That prevented me from repentance
I’m the slave who became sorrowful
And became worried and depressed because of his slips

I'm the ill slave from the sins
And I came around pleading to the healer
I'm the homeless slave, I have wronged myself
And I have approached your door repented
I'm the homeless slave, I have wronged myself
And I have approached your door repented

I'm the slave who gained sins and desires
That prevented me from repentance
I’m the slave who became sorrowful
And became worried and depressed because of his slips

Thanks my dear friend, I hope that I deserve that place as an editor here, It's a great compliment from a great friend who writes great poems about love, human feelings, friends and motherland, defended his country in the past, and fighting for it's freedom in the present, I appreciate this comment from you and I hope that you're safe and well

Best Regards,
Mohamed Zaki
