"ella durmio al calor de las masas" means that she slept with the rhythm of the masses, at its warmth. That's why then he says "y yo desperte queriendo soñarla".

Their Spanish is very good and their lyrics are famous for mysterious references. The toughest sentence was 'ella durmio al calor de las masas'. My version is 'she slept to the warmth of the mases'. Any clue what that means ? :-(
