I had already made a translation of it myself yesterday but felt like waiting for a different one.
Your translation is mostly right but you have misunderstood some lines.
I don't know if this song uses the same slang I know.
But "Matte" means "hair".
"Stuhl" is (besides meaning chair) a technical term meaning "feces".
"Haufen" means "turd", and "und setzt meinen daneben" is "and I put my own (turd) next to it".
"babbeln vor uns hin" means "we are babbling along" or something like that.
"ah-ah" means "poo".
"ost" means "east", not "west", and the - is set wrong in that line.
"Nutten" are "hookers", not "nuts".
"soso" means something like "is that so?"
"Platte" is singular -> "record"
"die Kacke ist am Dampfen" is an idiom, I'm not sure whether it in English means the same.
