שבת בבוקר! יום יפה,

אמא שותה המון קפה,

אבא קורא המון עיתון (המון עיתון)

ולי יקנו המון בלון.

אפשר ללכת לירקון, לשוט שם בסירה,

או לטייל עד סוף הרחוב ולשוב בחזרה,

אפשר לקטוף פרחים, כאלה שלא אסור,

ואפשר ללכת עד הגן ולראות שהוא סגור.

Translation

Saturday Morning

Saturday morning! Such a lovely day,

Mommy drinks a lot of coffee,

Daddy reads lots of newspapers (a lot of newspapers),

And I'm gonna get lots of balloons.

We can go to the Yarkon, take a boat for a spin,

Or walk down the street and back,

We can go pick flowers, that are legal to pick,

And we can go to the kindergarten and see that it's closed.
