Si alguien llama a tu puerta

Si alguien llama a tu puerta, amiga mía,
y algo en tu sangre late y no reposa
y en su tallo de agua, temblorosa,
la fuente es una líquida armonía,

si alguien llama a tu puerta y todavía

si alguien llama a tu puerta y estás triste,
abre, que es el amor, amiga mía.

Translation

If someone calls at your door

If someone calls at your door, my friend
and something in your blood beats and doesn't take a rest
and in its water stem, trembling,
the fountain is one liquid harmony

If someone calls at your door and still
you have spare time to be beautiful
and there is room to fit all april in a rose
and for the rose the day bleeds dry

If someone calls at your door one morning
resounding of pidgeons and bells
and you still beliebe in pain and poetry

If life is still truth and the verse exists
if someone calls at your door and you are sad
open, it's love, my friend.

Thank you liira for a good English translation.
Don't forget to present yourself in few words: country, language etc.

My suggestions.
A verse is too long, let's shorten it:
and something in your blood beats and take no rest

and you still (beliebe) believe in pain and poetry

The rythm goes better this way:
abre, que es el amor, amiga mía > open, because it's love, my friend

You have to decide yourself if you use or not final comas.

Kind regards.
