I don't like asking, but I made this request in 2015 for one of his songs: https://lyricstranslate.com/en/request/dalina-%D7%93%D7%9C%D7%99%D7%A0%D...
I wanted to know what's being said in it :/
Yeah, I think I saw that one. Are the Arabic lyrics from the original booklet though? Lines 2 and 6 sound pretty dodgy to me. Also a minor part about last sentence. Anyways, it's a rather bizarre dialect, so until I can submit a confident entry, here's what I have: :)
We Have Grown Confused
we have gone confused under the spell of love, we overdid it
We are staying up and haven't gotten any news of them (I.e: our loved ones)
Oh, fire of passion, do not go out, with our singing
[do not] go out for her sake and bring her back to me (or him, the song is unisex)
Oh God, help the one who is in love and be by his side
The days open up [a chance] for people to meet
[dodgy line] (As the lyrics stand, it says: 'the secret of the stars, we woke up alone', how I hear it should make it mean 'Walking on a star alone we woke up')
My lover is being unjust to me and hurting me
With your adorableness, my soul has become done for
Whoever looks at your beauty is struck and perishes
[weird line, something about people standing on the judgement day]
Those are the ones who made it forbidden for me to see you.

Tough stuff, though quite interesting. Cheers :)

Yes, it's even posted in the artist's official FB page: https://www.facebook.com/DuduTassa/posts/140583999453509
In Hebrew it's translated as 'Only the stars (visible in the sky) reveal our secret'.
It's very odd then, I mean. Line two as it is: "زهرة ولا خبر منهم, بلغنا": this would mean "flower, and we haven't gotten any news of them" which doesn't make much sense.
As I hear it, it's "سهارة ولا خبر منهم بلغنا" (which is: We are staying up and haven't gotten any news of them)
As for line 6 about the stars, I can confirm to you 100% that there is no way to get 'Only the stars (visible in the sky) reveal our secret' from the arabic lyrics xD. Something is lost in translation kind of, and from what I gather from GT, their Hebrew translation is actually off-point at parts. I think I'll submit it soon and see if someone weighs in because I'd love to be proven wrong, though idk how xD. Anyways, sorry for dragging this out, song got me curious :)
I'll ask someone to help me out with the Hebrew parts, and I already had a feeling that the translation in Hebrew were just "interpretations" and not true translations.
I noticed you added the lyrics for a song that was written in Latin alphabet, could you possible do the same for this song?

I've searched high and low for the parts in Arabic, but not luck. Sorry to bother you in your translation :/
Hey there, it's not a bother :) And yup don't think the Arabic part is out there anywhere. Anyways, although Moroccan Arabic is not my strongest suite, I can at least transcribe this. I just have a question though before I do so: If I edit in the Arabic lyrics, is there a way to turn the current ones into a transliteration without taking credit for it?
Yes, once you submit it go back and edit it and where it says 'Authoring information' take your username out and leave it blank, it will automatically be published under Guest.
EDIT: I already did it for you.
Thank you! I have the CD and have been in love with the songs for a while now :)
